The Be Heard Worldwide community is comprised of individuals from all over the world who live a life in many ways similar to yours. As a member, you'll be asked to share your opinions a variety of ways, from online surveys, forums and discussions to telephone interviews - all with your consent, of course. For online surveys, an e-mail invitation containing a link to the survey will be delivered to you. Simply click on the link and you will be taken directly to the survey. Upon completing the survey, simply hit the "SUBMIT" button and you're done!

Simply click "Join In" on the Homepage page and follow the instructions.

Q: What do I do as a member?

Simply give us your opinions by completing surveys and participating in forums and discussion groups. All e-mail communications will be sent to you via e-mail and conveniently include a link directly to the activity.

Q: Why should I be a panel member?

You will be able to share your views, provide input and help provide direction and guidance to manufacturers all over the world. You'll have "a voice" in issues that directly or indirectly have an impact on the products and services you and others like you use.

Q: How long are the surveys?

Surveys vary in length but will generally take about 5-15 minutes to complete. In-depth interviews may take longer.

Q: How often will I be invited to participate?

This depends on a variety of factors. However, you will never be invited to participate in surveys and activities more than once a month.

Q: Will I be rewarded for my participation?

For your participation in surveys and other activities, we will generally provide a thank-you gift. The gifts may vary depending upon the activity, and we will tell you about it when you are invited.

Q: Do I have to participate every time I receive a survey invitation?

We value your opinion. It is crucial to our clients in making decisions that affect you. We encourage you to take a survey whenever you receive an invitation. However, choosing not to participate in a survey will not affect your membership.

Q: What personal information is collected?

We collect your e-mail address, phone number, city, state and zip code, as well as some general information regarding your shopping habits. Q: How do I cancel my membership?

As a member of the Be Heard Worldwide community, you will be receiving our e-mail invitations to participate in activities. If you change your mind, you can optout from all future email communications or you can "Log In" and simply click "Update Now" in the menu on the right and select "deactivate" under Account Status. Another way to cancel your membership is to click "Contact Us" on the home page and send us an e-mail requesting to optout of the community.

Q: What if I have forgotten my password?

If you can't remember your password, simply "Log In" and click on the link "Forgot Password"; your password will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up and joined the panel. If you can't remember your user name or the e-mail address that you used to register, click "Contact Us," let us know that you can't remember your username, and we'll send it to you. Be sure to include your name and we will do our best to locate your record.
